マイクロウェーブ用として高性能小型コネクターのひとつに数えられ、使用できる周波数の範囲も広く、また耐久性に優れています。ボディはステンレス製ですが、
安価な真鍮製もあります。
SMA connector are well known as compact, high peromance and designed for microwave applications. They are superior in tems of their durability , and the capability
to use at a wide range of frequencies. The body of the SMA connector is made of stainless steel , it can also be chosen from inexpensive brass material.
